Cheerleading Help: How exactly do you roll your hips when doing a toe touch?

Question by cheerleader08: Cheerleading Help: How exactly do you roll your hips when doing a toe touch?
Ok, so tryouts are next week, and like I said before, my toe touch on a trampoline are fine, but on the ground I still can’t get them up that high. I’ve researched and I can’t really figure out how to roll my hips in the jump. Does anyone have any idea how to roll their hips? Tips would be greatly appreciated!

Stretch A LOT. If your team practices anywhere where there’s a trampoline(or if you have one at your house, work them on the tramp. Or a springboard. Anything that can help you bounce basically.)

Do you have your splits? That would be a big help. Both sides and middle. Another thing the girls do is lay on your back, lift one leg up and have your friend push leg that’s up in the air, toward your face. No bending knees. Push until you feel the stretch. then take a few deep breaths and have them push a little farther. Do the other leg
