    does it depend on how much muscle you have or how fat you are or something ? because my toe touch just never goes that high!

    @sweetcandy3195 ooo well wen i 1st started, my toe touches luked like crraappp!! but den we started conditionin nd stuff nd it got better…well anyways just like exercise ur leg muscles soo dat u can bring it upp easierr nd stretch a lot as well cuz it will make it prettier…:D if u still dont got it den den lemme kno

    what if you don’t have a trampolin then how do you do that cause i can’t lift my foot up plz help me i want to be a cheerleader

    ._. im going to tryout for cheerleading this year, because i dont know how to do toe touch guess what, guess, all the cheerleaders must and mostly do in my school it toe touch….first i gotta gain weight then this ;D

    Nice toe touches BUT you knid of bend ur back..and u never mentioned anything on your back staright while doing a toetouch.

    for other people tht dnt have a trampoline & do it on the actual floor harder thnk bout other people woman

    Great advice, but you should never practice your jumps on a trampoline. They don’t get as much height when you do it on the actual floor. Maybe you can start out on the trampoline initially and then move to the floor, but never go back to the trampoline.

    i like the way we practise our jumps.
    we practise on either a wooden floor or mats. the wooden floor we practise our spring on. then we use the mats, and use the power of our legs to make our jumps high when the mats absorb alot of our strength. so then when we go to comps on sprung floors, our jumps are really high and nice. its one of the things we get best marks on
