How can I make my cheerleading toe touch jumps better?

Question by Kayla: How can I make my cheerleading toe touch jumps better?
I have been cheerleading for about 8 years, my jumps aren’t bad, but I would like to try to improve my jumps, especially my toe touch. I was wondering if anyone knew any good stretches or excercises to improve the height and flexibility of my toe touch. thanks(:

get in a stradle and point your toes and rase your legs as far as you can and repeat.. its to train you legs to go beyand there point they are at now

    ok im a cheerleader too and if i was you i would practices them out side or on a hard Sufis so you get use to it so when you do it at cheerleading you get a lot of height.

    Pulse stretch strech it never hurts have some one push you down in then.
