www.myosource.net Exercises to help build leg strength and improve your jumps. The key to higher jumps is a stronger Core. thighs, ham strings, gluttes or butt, hips, hip flexor. You can do this with resistance bands and gain strength without building large muslces.

become flexable in your lower back. do alot of backbends. and be sure to straighten your legs 😉

I’m a sophomore,and I want to be a cheerleader when I move to my new school, Next Semester, but I would have to be in Junior Varsity, and I would like to continue cheerleading when I’m a junior, but I don’t want to be a junior in JV.
So do they move you up to Varsity when you get into a higher grade level, or would I have to quit JV and tryout all over again for Varsity?
