stretch everyday to get more flexible. Also, when you’re in the air stick your bottem out as far as possible, I know that sounds silly but it works! Don’t reach for your legs either, let your legs come to you!

    Hope this helped!

    Good Luck!

try stretching your legs and back out and sit in the pike position on the floor and try to touch your toes and if you can reach your toes, see how far you can reach past your toes.

leglifts! they will help strengthen your abs. ang from a bar or something sturdy so ur feet ar only a few inchs (about 5) from the ground wen you point your toes. then keeping your toes pointed lift your legs as high as you can hold for a few seconds then slowly and controlingly lower them. as well as streching this should help for all jumps but u lift to the jump position

I did my jumps with ankle weights and it always makes my jumps higher once I take them off. And like everyone else is saysing, STRETCH. It does wonders for your jumps 🙂
Sit in a pike on the floor and reach out as far as possible 🙂
