    you dnt need ankle weights, and one little thing, in elite cheerleading you rarely do herkies, you do hurdlers

    this sounds like it would make jumps more dificult isnt the purpose of this to make the jumps

    LOLz you don’t need ankle weights. I never use them and I’m practicing jumps at cheer and we use a tumbling mat and a jump board thing 🙂 always point your toes it will make it look better

    never use a trampoline, you get too used to it and once you get on a floor with less spring, your jumps will be worse than initially. either do your jumps on a dead floor (wood or concrete) or a matted floor (not sprung) so the mat absorbs the strength you put into it, making you stronger

    her jumps are great.
    but tip : with the toe touches try to make sure she keeps her back straight.
    other then tht like i said they’re great!

    i used to have bad jumps when i started and in like three months i already had the best jumps in the team without doing anything close to these exercices
