im a flyer and i need to practice streching and getting better. My coach said that if i get a little better i can do twist downs. So i really want to do twist downs but i need to get better at stunting. Please help me!!

I am trying out for my schools competitive cheer squad, and we are stunting for the tryout. I’m not that great with balancing in stunts(like scorpians, heel stretches)and i just wanted to know a way I could improve that at home. PLEASE HELP!

get like a piece of wood long or something and go back and forth on it without trying to fall

IM trying out for cheerleading, but I need A LOT of training.
Like The only thing I can do is a heel stretch, and barely the splits.

What routine can I have for stretching and lifting weights (I HAVE NO ARM STRENGTH!) and stuff? HELP PLEASE!

I get home from school at 4:30. Get ready for bed at about 10:00

As you can tell, Im bad at decision making. Thank you for the help.

I am coaching A-Team 7th & 8th grade cheerleading this year! I’m not sure how many days I should give them to practice the cheers, chants, jumps, & kicks before actual tryouts! Maybe that Mon Tue Wed Thurs…And make that Friday the actual tryout?

We just did our tryouts. We practiced monday wednesday friday and then monday. We started tryouts yesterday and they finish today.

I think four days is enough. If you really feel like they need more time then give them the weekend but tell them you expect more from them on monday. My old coach said that we could tryout friday or monday, friday means less time to practice but not as harsh judging. monday meant more time to practice but harsh judging.

If you are confident that they have had enough time then friday tryouts seem fair, but be aware that they might take more than one day.

I was at cheerleading practice,and im aching EVERYWHERE!
I know it is stretching out my muscles and all but why does it hurt ?
Any answers ?
And what should i do to kinda ease the pain ?

go for a run/ jog. It gets rid of the galactic acid.
