How can I practice balancing for stunts for cheerleading at home?

Question by : How can I practice balancing for stunts for cheerleading at home?
I am trying out for my schools competitive cheer squad, and we are stunting for the tryout. I’m not that great with balancing in stunts(like scorpians, heel stretches)and i just wanted to know a way I could improve that at home. PLEASE HELP!

get like a piece of wood long or something and go back and forth on it without trying to fall

    Ive been a flyer for a long time!!!! Try balancing on a soup can. It worked for me and im a lv. 5 competitive cheeleader
