Question by S: i came back from cheerleading practice why am i sore ?
I was at cheerleading practice,and im aching EVERYWHERE!
I know it is stretching out my muscles and all but why does it hurt ?
Any answers ?
And what should i do to kinda ease the pain ?

go for a run/ jog. It gets rid of the galactic acid.

    I get aches all over my body when I come back from cheer practice as well. Don’t worry, it’s just a concept of your muscles reacting to this new movement.As in biology studies, the enzymes that your produce to transfer to the glucose, which reacts to the carbohydrates that you consume each day, starts to break down energy, and releases it for you to practice, but your body may just be warming up to this practice (cheer practice). so yes, it would hurt for a few days, but after a while, you will surely feel better and completely more energized. I do to hate it when this happens, when I’m like off for cheer for a while and then I start cheer again, as well as any other sports, running, and jogging, my whole body aches that night. It last a few days. but it’s just a sign from your body, about how it’s reacting to your movement because you haven’t been doing daily. It is also warning you to take it easy the first few days. Remember to warm up before cheer. When this happens, I just eat, watch TV, go take a warm shower, get out and lay on my bed until I fall asleep. Especially on these days, you’ll fall asleep like a baby since you are very tired. Hope I helped you, good luck, hope you feel better sweetie! =)
