At preactice we practice our competition cheer and dance. All the stunts, gymnastics, and jumps/moves.

    after we stretch and practice routines we usually do about 15 minutes of conditioning(pushups, planks, jumping jacks, etc) to help us build muscle and become better at our stunting positions.

    We jump, stunt, practice our cheers, and work on competition routines. For conditioning, we do a TON! Jumping jacks, planks, crunches, push-ups, run, and a ton more!
