    stuff like splits, will help,
    or lay on your side and kick your leg up, try get it up to your head, if you undestand that, they do it on exercise videos sometimes 🙂

    U can also use a dog leash! But not the ones tht extend and stuff jst the regular cheap dog leash!

    i like how she isn’t perfect on her own, i think that really sells the product that she is a cheerleader who hasn’t trained in a while, she appears to really struggle not falsley struggle, and it looks like it does help her. That was a good idea to get someone who had previous cheer experiance but it’s been a bit of time. It shows that the product does work, and is helping her out!     @coleyoko94 no, if you work on flexibility and stunts and keep your moves sharp, you may be able to make the jv squad, or if u have gymnastics background even varisty! good luck! also, a local gym may have a team you can try out for!

    im a junior in highschool, i want to be a cheerleader really badly but i dont have any training. the school year has already started so i think ill have to try out next year when i am a senior. is that too late? i dont know any flips or things. PLEASE help me with advice!

    @highflyah01 no no a scorpion touches ur head a scale looks just as she did whether she is touching her foot with her hand or not. i dont rly c y u demonstrate with the strap anyway.

    OR you can use a dog leash. They’re $1.50 at walmart 😉

    I used a dog leach and got my heel stretch all the way to my head over night xD

    Hey is it true that your body has to be built or flexible in a certain way? I always hear rumors that if your back muscles or lower back is too built, you wont be able to do it
