i am going to try out for a competitive cheerleading squad in about 6 months i need and easy cheer to help with it.

Not a cheerleader, but you should be able to look up some ideas on youtube. It helped me w/ swimming drills when I was in high school.

I’m a newbie in cheerleading and in my first practice, we learned how to do a prep.
i’m still kind of shaky on it.

is there any way i can make it better?
like tips and exercise routines?

I am a first time cheerleading coach and we have some parades coming up soon. We have to do routines and stuff in the parade. Any ideas? The squad has 24 people in it and most are aged 11 to 14.

simple cheers in halves or fulls. you don’t want anything thing to fall. so keep it simple, you’re in front of a crowd
