Question by i♥cheer.: How to become a better cheerleader?
I’m a freshman. I was a cheerleader for 7th & 8th grade.
I need to be able to do cart-wheels, round offs, and back flips (possibly). Any suggestions?
Also how can i keep beat better and do better at jumps?
Sorry it’s the wrong category but I figured a lot of cheerleaders like this stuff.
also im not a mean cheerleader!!

Stretch more often to become more flexible. Try to work your way into the splits, both front and Russian splits. Practice cartwheels and roundoffs in your school’s gymastics area with a floor mat. Don’t try to teach yourself how to do backhandsprings. Ask your parents to enroll you into a gymnastics course so that a pro can help teach you some tumbling skills (backhandsprings, etc…). Practice, practice, practice.
