Question by jesusfreak: Does this sound like a good enough everyday workout for a cheerleader?
Okay, im trying to stay in shape for the cheer seaso and was wondering if my workout sounds good enough.
-50 pushups
-40 crunches to the left, right, & middle
-50 v-ups
-50 frog jumps
-50 jumping jacks
-50 squats
-10 of each jump
-run 10 laps around my house
