How to lose weight to be “cheerleader” size?

Question by ClUeLeSs: How to lose weight to be “cheerleader” size?
I am fifteen (going on sixteen) I want to be a Louisville Coed Cheerleader. The only problem is that im almost 190 pounds! Most colleges want cheerleaders who are 120-130 pounds. I want this more than anything! I have a ton of muscle on me but some fat too….I would love to hear some weight loss plans that would help me to accomplish my goal! Thanks

cut out all junk foods. start drinking plenty of water a day….1 to 2 liters a day. if you drink water before meals it will help you eat less. drink green tea 3 times a day and i don’t mean the bottled stuff i mean the real stuff. cut out bad carbs like white bread and white pasta and rice and replace them with whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta and brown rice. also eat plenty of fruits and veggies. hope this helps.

first, what size do you want to be? buy a pair of shorts that size and hang them up somewhere you can see them everday

eat right. eat fruits, vegetables, potatoes, etc… drink only water and juice DONT OVEREAT. and dont eat when your not hungary

    exercise is important. exercise everday.

what are your main problem areas? work on those 7x a week and the non problem areas 6x a week

    workout 60+ minutes each day..
