    I am a flyer at my school, and I go to full extension and full down… why don’t you full down or even cradle striaghtly off of full….. i really was not impressed!

    i cheer… those bases suck… i really shouldnt say anything cuz im a flyer but really they are uneven and it really doenst look safe

    um keep ur but up and your suppost to have a high v at all times and (base) dont leave ur hands waitin for her foot to come to u u have to wait till its the right time then ceach it

    bases r a little wobbly and tie ur hair up! a flyer on our team fell because she couldnt see with her hair in the way

    its not tthe flyer is stiff and tight its the bases they are uneven and shaky that extention was really unsafe it was scary waitch and i fave seen arabion basket tosses!

    That just looks so unsafe… the earrings, the hair down, the shaky and uneven bases… I’d hate to be that flyer! :/

    I’m 12 and my team does step ups to an extension then cradle down. They arnt very experienced like she said bcuz we do pretty much the same stuff and I’m in level 5 for young champions we have from 5 to 7th grade people on our team and we are just as good as them
