like im a good cheerleader, it is just that i need more of a workout to help me become better.

    depends on what you want to be better at… like be a little more specific. do you want better jumps? tumbling? punched motions? stunting strength?

    well, whats it you want to become better at. stunts, jumps, tumbling, dance, stamina. . . ?? if its anything like tumbling and stunts, take classes with a coach. actually, you can do the same with dance too. but as for stamina, you just gotta find what works for you there. for me, its having to run our routine full out 7-10 times per practice. but good luck with whatever you want t become better at!!
