@KaylaKarnival It’s just a cleaning method. It has nothing to do with her using or not using her hips.

@love2cheer141 Seriously. That was a requirement for my freshman HS squad…and that was in 1992! They require way more nowadays…

How long does it take to learn it? I do gymnastics for over 2 months. I’m currently training a kickover and I hope I’ll start back walkover tomorrow. I saw a girl from a more experienced group doing a back handspring, but I’m too shy to ask this girl or even a trainer about it…

Germany systematically uses torture and murder to silence any opposition. Some of the murders known to the public: Uwe Barschel, Jürgen Möllemann, Heiner Gehring, Martina Pflock, Tron, Karl Koch, Bernd Seiffert, Kirsten Heisig, Fritz Bauer.
My brother Markus Bott had been tortured during 5.5 years by the German BND. He was assassinated on 11.7.09 because of our homepage.
German snitchers are following me on youtube and immediately flag my postings.

@theycallmelefou cheerleading is very hard and i doubt you did it on your first time… so yeah and football isnt as hard as cheerleading we practice more than our football players. our school is more into the cheer squad then the football team so

athletes lift weights but cheerleaders lift athletes!!!

@theycallmelefou what ever cheerleading is dangerous and i really doubt you got it on the third try it takes months maybe years to do that ive been cheering and coaching tumbling for 8 years and our football players dont even practice as much as we do. and cheerleading is not about pink and pretty its about spirt and athletic

    athletes lift weights

    cheerleaders lift athletes
