What is the best way for me to get in shape and to be toned for my cheerleading camp by the end of july?

That’s wierd, I want do the same thing!!!
Anyways, all I would do would be to combine eating healthy, and exercise togeather. Cut back on sugary drinks and foods. Remember, all in moderation!
For toning your body, I would suggest swimming or walking. Since summers basically here, outdoor activities.
Thats what I’m going to be doing over the summer for when school starts up again.
