If a boy forgets to bring his gym clothes (or goofs off or acts up during class), would the teacher be allowed to make him wear a cheerleading uniform for the rest of the period as a punishment?

yes and make sure he wears a leotard and special spankie underwear and if he is gay he will enjoy it
