Irritated skin on the arms from cheerleading stunting?

Question by xolil_bit27: Irritated skin on the arms from cheerleading stunting?
We have a cheerleading competition tomorrow, so we went over our routine like 80 times today.

This doesn’t usually happen, but today my forearm is pretty red and irritated from rubbing against another girl’s uniform while during barrel rolls and throwing and catching her and stuff.

We’ll be wearing turtlenecks tomorrow so I hope it’ll be a little better, but what can I do to help it?
