I’m a flyer and it’s hard for me to do libs because of my weak ankles. Are there any exercises that would help?

stand on your feet
and lift your heels up.

    ankle weights.
    they might hurt at first, so go easy in the beggining. do all the basic jumps, (toe touch, pike, herky, front hurtdeler) with them on. and do some yoga. look up yoga poses to help strengthen your ankels, the “palm tree” works wonders.

    trace the letters of the alphabet with your feet, as in moving/rolling your ankles into the motion of each letter. do this with each ankle.
    ankle weights in moderation help to.
    running helps.
    so does tumbling.
    toe raises.
