Hold your scorpion for 5 minnutes. then rest then hold it for anotherr 5 minutes. Repeat.

    Or do oversplits.

do the splits on whatever leg you stand on for your scorpion.
pull your back leg up to touch your head

You should get someone to push you against the wall (sorry for saying this but its a split on the wall) have your back face the oposite of the wall and have a friend push you back ( be very carefull because when i did that my knee went a different direction and bent inwards and *ugggghhhh it was terrible but that was just me) and i dont know what a over stretch is but if its like a bow and arrow also do like a split on the wall but back your foot up thats on the ground and push and its like doing a over extended split (I suggest doing them other then the wall stretching) and also i suggest do a split (sorry again) and push you head down to the floor near the leg (like if you were flying) that you’re pulling and you can do this in a straddle sit lean to what ever side and push youself more to the floor
