What would be an easy cheerleading jump for me?

Question by lala land lover <3: What would be an easy cheerleading jump for me?
I need to learn how to do it by the week of the 31st. I only need 2.
I tried a tow touch but I can never remember to keep my toes pointed and its not very high. How can I get that higher (I know to stretch but what stretches) Also what wuld be another easy one to learn

I know its not going to be easy but I want one thats meant for beginners not something super advanced. I will practice every night for hours until I get it right.

nice dedication :):)
ok well i think everyone will agree when i say hurkeys are the easiest jumps. try those. but you have to remember, its all about technique! point toes, land with feet together, be sharp, be loud, and bend your knees a little when you get down from jumping. lift yourself up with your shoulders because you have to have good arm muscles to get a high jump.
hope this helps 🙂

In my opinion a HERKIE is a bit difficult for a beginner, unless you mean a front hurdler which is meant for beginners.
Another good jump for beginners is the pike jump.

As for perfecting your toe touch…
I suggest LOTS of splits. It increases your flexiblilty and enables your legs to really get up there.
Also if you keep reminding your self, pretty soon pointing your toes will just come naturally.
Even while your doing spilts POINT YOUR TOES! =)

Just stretch and practice your jumps everyday and I guarantee your jumps will get better.

    I hope this helps.
