I just made the team and I need to get in shape. What kind of workouts do I need to do?

a LOT of running. I mean 5 miles a week. If you’re going to be doing floor routines and tumbling, you definitly need to work on your endurance. Also, a lot of leg and upper arm excersizes like knee-ups, whips, and lunges. here’s a video that will help you jump higher as well.
