practice, practice, practice! also stretch to improve flexibility. just jumping by itself on the ground will help ur jumps b higher.

i cheer 4 my highschool jv and i have the best jumps between jv and varsity teams not to sound full of myself sry but they way i do it is i practice a lot. i practice for 15 everyday and plus what i have 2 do for practice. also raising on ur tip toes and holding for 5 seconds and lowering ( calf raises) RELE helped me.
just practice dont worry they’ll get better with time ]
    hoped tht helps =]

    ok i have 3 things
1: sit on the ground in a stratle pisition the farthest you can go and put both hands in front of you and raise one leg at a time only useing your stomach musels
2: lay flat on the floor with your arms straight above you and then count to three on three lift your legs and arms at the same time and bring them together do 5 stes of 10
3:get ankle weights and put them on and then do all of your jumps a couple times each jump and then take them off, your jumps will be a lot better
