Question by Sunshine: How many crunches should I do for cheerleading?
How many crunches, push-ups, lunges, jumping jacks and squats should I do daily for cheerleader training? I have to lose 20 pounds (Required by my coach) and tone up by June 4.

    I would say maybe about 50 – 100 each.
    and to help it out, drink a lot of ice water… doing that helps burn calories too…
    well, good luck!

    and kick some cheerleading booty!
