    For many thousands of years people have been doing yoga to become more flexible. If you do yoga for the months between now and your cheerleading tryouts, you will be much more flexible for the tryouts.

    There are a few different options with yoga. You can go to a local club or gym. As you are a student you probably want to keep costs down, so I found a free video for you where you can increase your flexibility.
