Car wash, lawn care, cleaning , doing chores for people, I doubt she is the ONLY girl on the squad with this problem. Have them brainstorm together. Sometimes kids do candy sales, and she needs to talk to her coach who might have some ideas.

She can clean some of your elderly neighbors homes. You know help them out with the dishes and stuff. I know its hard for them when they get older and she could be a big help. I did that when I was young I made good money. Also she can babysit.
I didn’t think cheerleading had obligations?
Part-Time Business From Home (dog-walker, dog-sitter)
Part-Time Business (library, stores, mall)
Make Stuff to Sell (bake sale, garage sale, lemonade stand, book sale)
Sell Stuff (craigslist, ebay)
babysit
online gig
collect change around the house
return past purchases
yard sale
recycle scrap metal
become a temp
sign up for medical tests
take in boarder
go scavenging
obviously ur daughter cant do all of these depending on her age but they are just ideas.
