Im not completely sure but in tumbling i would say you should have at least a round off back hand spring, you cant do more then i round off tuck on a level 3? i think. you should have decent jumps, and tight motions.

for level three you need a back tuck (round off back tuck or round off back handspring back tuck) ariels, punch fronts, and series standing back handsprings are the biggest tumbling skills in level 3. also standard jumps double toe touch, pike, herkies etc. Also a toe touch back handspring or toe touch back handspring series. Stunting wise, im pretty sure full ups, definately full downs, libertys, arabesqes, scorpions etc. i hope this helped! 🙂 good luck!
