I been doing cheerleading for four yearrs by now and i gained weight b/c of girl reasons,how do i lose belly fat?

Run every single morning and night for around an hour, do 30 min exercise’s whenever you can, and stop eating junk food!

    Haha. Everybody knows how to lose weight if they think about it hard enough. Eat enough of the right foods, minimize how much desert and junk you eat, and leave out sodas and energy drinks. And get off your butt and exercise.
    And since you are a teenage girl I would like to add this: do not starve yourself! You will actually get fatter and weaker and look awkward. Eat at least 2000 calories a day, give or take a little. Listen to your body.

    ive been doin competetion cheerleading 4 10 years…ya!
    i gt belly fat becuz of the same reasons….do jumprope! itss te best way 2 lose belly fat! try sucking in ur belly when jumping and listen 2 music and keep goin until u cnt jump. like really. dnt concentrate on hw ur legs r hurting watev! listen 2 te lyrics, sing along, but tatl b harder 2 breathe so dnt do tat. Make sure ur sweating and dnt do te 1 leg hop thing. Tats retarded! and dnt wrk! jump normal jump rope. since uve been doin cheer 4 4 yrs. u must remeber some rutines?? cheersprt is actually a way 2 lse weight! so practice sume old rutines again @ hom!
