Do all the pacticing you can, condition A LOT, and just have an overall great attitude at tryouts(:
Odds are, if there’s a girl with some of the tops skills, but has a bad attitude, they would pick the girl with little to no skills but a great attitude.

Ok so walkovers are mostly technique, if you work on your backbend and you are able to control it going up and down then you can do a front and back walkover. Learning a backhadspring can be a little more difficult, but like the walkovers, it is also mostly technique. If you work on your leg muscles that will help you tremendously. Also, remember when you sit, you sit like you are sitting back in a chair and when you jump back to your hands you have to keep your arms locked and by your head. You should also work on your core that will help with the snapping part of your backhandspring 🙂
