i need help on my splits.. im going to tryout for cheerleading! plz help! give tips! thankas 🙂

always practice.im trying to do the slits my cousin always to put the back leg stretched out then have the front foot like you are stretching then stretch that leg out

    Do your splits everyday for as far as you can go for 30 seconds. By doing this you help your muscles in your legs get used to that position.
