ok! i have an answer to your question. You have to make sure to lay stiff like a board but sit up just like you are lying in a lounge chair. put your arms out as if your doing a trust fall. your bases will catch your body and your backspots arms will link through yours to catch you. It is difficult at first but then you’ll get the hang of it. Sometimes it helps to just watch another flyer do it and then you can copy her motions. Hope it helps and nail that cradel!

first off let them pop you don’t jump because, that’s where it gets dangerous for you and your stunt group.ride it to the top then using your ab muscles tighten your stomach squeeze your butt and keep your legs straight as you bend in a 90 degree position keeping your legs straight and catching your bases about their shoulders

Ok, first, don’t jump let your group pop you. You could get hurt. Second, when ur in the air, pretend your doing a pike. Put ur arms in a “T” but bend your elbows about 90 degrees so that your arms fall onto ur bases shoulders. Your bases will catch ur body and your back spot will hook their arms under yours and catch you that way. If u have a front spot, she/he will catch ur legs. Remember: practice makes perfect! Good luck! 🙂

When they yell pop, squeeze tight, and dont even think about anything,
when you are in the air, set into the cradle postiion and stay tight
it will make it easier for both you and the bases
