Ok so i’ve never been interested in sports… but as I’ve gotten older & to be in high school I’ve been thinking about becoming a cheerleader.. & I wanna get in shape… im not just fat or anything but I don’t exercise like I should… so how can I get in shape?? (losing lbs. would be nice too- especially through the abs & butt & thighs)
i should probably mention im just 14…im not taking ANY type of pills

Depends. Swimming is a great for sport for getting in shape, do that for an hour each day and you’ll be ready in no time. However, some people don’t feel comfortable enough swimmer to swim laps for that long. Running is good, too, but it doesn’t work your upper body, so add some chest, ab, and arm workouts to your routine.

I’d say the best, but most expensive, option is to get a personal trainer at a fitness center. They’ll be able to teach you routines to help you meet your goals.
