Perhaps you may get questions like:

– What would you do if a girl/guy gets hurt while jumping, stunting, etc.?

– How would you handle disputes between the team members?

– What are your stratigies and goals for this team?

– And probably questions about how you coached in you hometown high school.

haha oops i wrote the wrong thing down, i wrote about what to say about cheerleading tryouts! well for coach you might get asked:
    1)about your cheerleading experience
    2) how you would handle things and control order
    3) what you would teach the girls/boys
    4) how you would handle injuires
    5) your past jobs and cheerleading jobs

    for actual cheerleading tryouts:

    1) what would you do if you messed up during a routine?
    2) what would you do if you are a back spot but what to be a flyer?
    3) what would you do if you are constently at the back when you want to be in the front?
    4) do you have any tumbling skills?
    5) what is your average gpa?
    6) what kind of contributions would you make for the cheerleading team?
    7) why do you want to be a cheerleader?
    8) would you have school spirit?
    9) do you have enough time to attend all the practices, pep rallies, games, compitiions, etc.?
    10) Are you flexbile?
    11) Are you willing to dedicate your spirit for the team?
    12) Are you ready to be role models for the communitiy?
    13) Do you work well with other girls/boys (if it is a co-ed team)? After all, you will be spending a lot of time with the other cheerleaders.
    14) By being a part of the squad, are you accepting the fact that your actions are more prominent than those who are not associated with such an activity?
    15) Are you ready to accept the fact that there are no excessive public displays of affection which is condisdered very unapproriate?
    16) Have you been a part of any extracurricular activity for the school or the community? Did you have any leadership experience within the organiziation?
    17) If your advisors or captions are asking you to do something that you do not want to do but it is a reasonable request (not illegal or demeaning), how would you handle the situation?

Make sure you choose good role models and cheerleaders!
