I have cheerleading try-outs in a month, and im really nervous. What should i do to get ready if i only have a month?

stop eating junk foods, and no soda! soda will ruin your knees. maybe go for jog a couple times a week if your really worried about it, but other than that, make sure you drink your milk and stretch out everyday. have fun and good luck 😉

    make sure you stretch every day and practice your jumps. going for a jog or doing things to strengthen your legs will also help. work on your confidence, at my school the judges always look to see who is loud and confident in their jumps and cheers. remember to smile 🙂
