If you want a perfect body the best thing to do is exercise. Take Care and good luck on your weight loss journey.

well im a cheerleader and 5’2 as well.
if you want a cheerleaders body, than you should exercise.
work on your abs. do lots of crunches. run, build up your leg and arm muscles so there nice and lean.
im sure your perfect the way you are. and everyone, even cheerleaders, come in many different shapes and sizes.
your weight should be a weight you feel happy, comfortable, and fit at.
i weigh around 104. and theres cheerleaders that way 120.

well i am a cheerleader and i just sometimes go to the gym and go on the treadmill for like 10 minutes or go on the bikes but whatever you do make sure it is a cardiovascular workout because it will make you sweat. and sweating gets rid of fat from your body.and try to eat smaller portions than you do now. Also if your over five feet then you should add five pounds for every inch starting at one hundred pounds … so since your 5’2 you should weigh about 110 pounds 🙂 hope that helps

Your almost at the right weight. I’d suggest doing some cardio and strength training. You don’t just want to lose weight. If you want the cheerleaders body you also want to tone your muscles. Do pushups and crunches along with running or biking. Swimming would also probably be a big help to you.

actually right now your a healthy weight for ur height and age nething between 104 and 131 for u is healthy but if your looking to lose weight i would just suggest excercise and eat healthy like try cutting your portions that your eating now in half and only eat sweets one day a week if at all. i mean yes you might be hungry but according to doctors thats a healthy thing 2 do so your not starving urself. anyway i hope i helped! good luck!

Heck yes. Becoming anorexic is NEVER and option and wouldn’t get you a body worth looking at anyway.

You need to check with your mother or school nurse to be sure that you are indeed over weight- because the size and weight you mentioned would not necessarily be “very over weight” for everyone,

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat- so a healthy toned shapely body-could easily weigh 125 and look awesome!

I am 5’3 and 1/2 was a very sexy, shapely, toned size 3 who weighed 128 because my legs and butt were so firm and toned- I was very small-and people would not believe that I weighed that much-but that is what muscle will do. So weight does not matter…( I sure do miss those days-oops sorry-but I couldn’t resist.)

Size, health and over all body condition matters. Your jean size matters more than what the stupid scale says.

Check with your doctor to make sure it is okay for you to begin any diet or exercise- but it should be fairly easy and fast for you to get toned and in shape if your height/weight is where you say it is

    1. GET UP AND MOVE. Turn off the tv, and the computer.
Walk 30 minutes each day while listening to tapes on things that interest you-even if just music that is upbeat.

    2. Ride a bike (real or stationary) 30 minutes each day If you ride a stationary one and it hurts your butt-lay on the floor behind it and read a book to pass the time

    3. Stay away from simple carbs-like sugar and white flour (which means-no hamburger buns, hot dog buns or white bread and sorry-no french fries-pop tarts, McDonalds etc) Simple carbs turn straight to sugar in your body. Sugar shoots up your insulin and insulin is considered the FAT hormone, so you do NOT want to raise your insulin levels.

    4. Eat whole wheat bread, proteins like-eggs (especially snack on deviled eggs), tuna or fish, chicken and healthy fats-whatever you do-DO NOT go on a low fat diet-this can be deadly especially for a growing adolescent- plus is causes the wrong kind of weight loss for a woman. Eat whole wheat-not whole grain-breads

    4. Drink water-add ice and lemon if you have to-this would be healthy for your body-but also for your skin. Stay away from sugar-which means no soda, kool aid, fruit juice or fruit drinks, gatorade etc.
No diet soda and try to keep caffeine to a minimum as it can raise insulin levels.

    No junk food

    In a nut shell–

If you eat eggs-(always include the yolks as your body needs them) bacon or sausage for breakfast- most cereal is a NO NO-

Chicken salad or Tuna salad with lettuce, onions and mayo-NOT miracle whip- on whole wheat bread for lunch, plus you could add celery with a tiny bit of peanut butter spread on it (not a lot as peanut butter is high in calories and carbs per oz)

chicken, salmon, fish or a pork chop (no breading-this is white bread which is starchy sugar) with cauliflower, green beans or broccoli for dinner

You could have some berries for a snack-strawberries, blueberries, etc are high in anitoxidants and do not raise insulin levels in a dangerous way

do the walking and the biking you should lose weight and get that body you want fairly quickly and would also make you a healthy person.

Lastly, remember- there are thousands of girls who are gorgeous that do not make cheerleader and plenty of cheerleaders who would be happier if they never looked into a mirror- So be fair and gentle when you judge yourself, little one.

Best of Luck to you and Make sure that you talk to your mom or doctor before dieting

Eat less but make healthy choices, start running and working out. Anorexia is nothing to joke about, you can die from being anorexic. Join a gym, see a nutritionist and set healthy goals. Good luck!

    Skin and bones isn’t attractive.
