Im trying out for middle school basketball cheerleading and i only have to weeks till tryouts!! I didnt make it last year and i really need to get my toetouch higher thats the only thing i need help on. So please please help me!!

    keep doing the jumps on a trampoline if you can…

    if not, then just stretch everyday and practice the toe-touches daily…

    Because your question has basketball in it doesn’t mean it shoudl be in the basketball section. Basketball players doesnt cheerlead or do toe touches so i guess were no help.
