Okay so it summer right.
Well im trying to stay in shape for cheerleading while im out of school any advice on how to stay fit?

Well what i do is a series of things (examples: abs, legs, arms, etc.) But i also have things i do every day( run 3 miles, leg kicks, bike ride 6 miles). So i say make a list of things you need to do for each series or wanna try. I also say join a local gym and look at different activities like yoda and zumba both very fun and very powerful workout

    well the summer is a great time to swim. Swim laps at your local pool, it really improves your strength and keeps you fit. i am a cheerleader and a competitive swimmer in the summer and it really keeps me in shape.
