Question by Emilee: How to make myself more flexible (cheerleading.)?
I was planning on trying out for cheerleading during basketball season and since im going into it with no experience, i figured it would make sense to get a jump on things. What is the quickest way to make myself flexible? What should I do or not do? Also, if you have any cheerleading tips.. that would be great

    The best way to make your self more flexible, is to stretch out the muscles that you want more flexible. Slowly of course if you try doing it to fast you can cause damage do you muscles. I was a cheerleader all through high school. When I first tried out I had no experience. That is how I learned to do the splits. So just take it slow and do stretches more. Good luck. 🙂

    well at first u must do some exercises for warm up,after that u have to try some stretching moves like siting on the ground and trying to open up ur foots or lean to a wall and try to touch the ground backwards and movements like that.
