Lots of cardio. That’s how they burn the calories. You can see if your gym offers a discount if you sign up with a friend. I know that I wouldn’t work out half as much as I do if I didn’t have my bestie pushing me through the tough days.

    Exercise – run.
    Stop eating junk food – candies, chips, soda.
    Don’t eat between meals.
    Drink water.
    Eat smaller portions.
    Learn to dance.

    You will need to start by cutting out any unnecessary calories (ie: pasta, bread, candy, ice cream, sugar, etc.). These basically just manifest in fat and derail your weight loss efforts.

    Focus on a diet high in fruits and vegetables, and balance out your meals with equal amount of fats, protein, and carbs (from veggies, not sugar).

    You will need to dedicate yourself to this goal right now, and every day until you attain it. Your MENTAL ATTITUDE will be the only thing that can hold you back. Join a forum that focuses on serious fat loss so that you have people who will hold you accountable and you can see other’s progress as well.
