I’m a beginner so I need to know how to do toe touchs and hercy. Plz help!

Pilatas… Dancer stretches work wonderful and chances are your YMCA has classes.

    -splits always help your jumps
    -sit on the ground and sit in a stradle and put your left arm in front of you and lift your right leg up in circular motions and then do the other leg and also do both legs up with both arms in front ( these always help my jumps )
    -for front hurdlers stand against the wall and have someone lift and push your leg up in a heel stretch
