Question by whatevergirl33: How to get in cheerleading shape and be good at it in 2 months?
What do i have to do?how can i get flexible?how to get high toe touches?how to be great a jumps?Should i get dumbbells?how much should the dumbbells weigh What should i eat?what should i Drink?Is there a how to book for cheerleading?if so what is the title?Sorry there is so many questions.

well considering im a cheerleader just eat healthy things and work out. i know that tumbling and cheerleading classes help a lot also just be calm and stay relaxed and it will be fine

Relax. That is key!!!
Just stretch a lot, but they can be simple exercises (like ones one for soccer or dance). Eat and drink normally, unless you eat junk food, then eat a little healthier. And I would cut back on soda a little but that isnt huge.
Push yourself a little bit more each day, like holding a stretch pose longer, adding a new one (maybe a little harder of one), do them a little longer, etc…
And also work on the jumps and toe touches everyday (or often).

how to be gr8 @ jumps: practice, practice, practice
i don’t use dumbbells often but i do have a set of 3lb and 5lb and to just condition. (condition- shape up 4 cheer)
