Im a cheerleader so im basically burning the weight right back off, and i cant just quit my team so what do i do? I weigh 100pds and Im 5’3 Im trying to get to 115

Eat a lot of fat food, soda, and junk food.

    easy, just eat a late night with something sweet, then you will become a little fatter, but don’t keep it too long, because you are going to get real fat

    *sigh* if only i had your problem….

    i would suggest eating foods high in carbohydrates and fat. The key is though to eat good foods and good fats. avoid trans fats, partially hydogenated oils, etc. try things with peanut butter, fish, avocados…. etc. there are also meal bars and things like that that will help you to lose weight. it is failry easy to gain wait, but make sure you do it the healthy way!

    You need to eat a very high carbohydrate diet. Your body is burning the carbs faster than you can eat them. Eat about six meals a day and include a lot of carbs.

    Carbs include potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, not really sugar or sweets.

    start eating alot between breaks go get a snack and a soda and at home when get home from school eat and find some fatning chips you like and maybe some ice cream and try some other stuff

    Increase your calorie intake by 250 calories a day, in a month you should gain a few pounds.
    DONT eat a lot of junk food, that will go straight to your thighs and never leave.
    Increase your intake by eating granola bars, cereal, fruits, things that are healthy.
