    hey u guys i just wanna say u guys r AMAZING!!!!! but i just wanna ask, i LOVE gymnastics and i practice at home, but my abilities can go so far, how can i practice gymnastics when i have no way of prcticing?

    @KDephnePOP Start stretching every day – don’t over do it but keep adding a few more stretches & a few more minutes as you go along.

    @cefanine You might be overdoing it a bit. It really does get easier though – the stiffness you feel when you start out will go away as your muscles get used to stretching

    @xJeGiirl We have some videos on stretches (for different parts of the body) and for back stretches. You can try those if your doctor says it is ok – but always stop if you feel pain!

    ou are good. I just have a question, I’m very flexible with my arms behind my head I can do to straighten it. I only skate with my back injury, and now I can do anything more with my legs limber. you still have a couple of practice to get my back back limber? sorry for my english, I’m from the Netherlands and do it with a translator

    @sakura33699 It is I did it, but you cant do it more than once. do it then dont do it again for the rest of the day. The next day you should be closer to doing the Splits. Push yourself down as much as you can once every day. It should help alot and you will find yourself getting better. Check out my video of me doing the splits!

    im trying to be able to do the splits and my friend who can do it hella easy pushed me down hella fas,t almost pulled a muscle πŸ™ so im gonna stick to going a little down each day lol
