Hey i’m a cheerleader and we have a game in a week how do i shred some weight fast! I want to get better abs, smaller thighs, and a smaller butt!! Please help me fast! Just send me exercises and awnser!!! Thanks!

Even if you exercised all week long, you wouldn’t really see a difference in that short a time. :^(

You can try exercising and look for some results over time, but think about it in terms of being healthier and stronger, not how you look. If you get an idea in your head of how you think you should look or the results you expect to get and the exercises don’t deliver, you are just going to get very upset about it. (Been there, done that, bought the tee shirt.)
