    BRAVOO! Thank’s for the tips I’m gonna start doing the box thingy and also if you use leg weights they help out so much!And if you do get leg weights then get the gold gym 1’s they are black and they are at wal-mart for like $15 if you want really good ones(you can change the weight in them).But they also have leg weights for about $4-$8.
