    when i do my cartwheel i used to start facing forward and now i do it facing the side thanks katrina and sloane (fitforafeast)

    @Tieganrox2468 Acro gym has tumbling elements and the rest is balance & contortion – kind of like cirque du soleil stuff.

    @jadeygurl8 Try to get someone to spot you – they can help you get over or catch you if you fall. Also, be sure to do this on carpet or mats

    Are you guys elite gymnasts or what? Your two are very flexible:) i wish i was:( im 13. And do you do dance?

    i tryed what you guys are saying but i get scared as going up and i end up falling instead!any advice!

    @Tieganrox2468 We don`t think it would take a whole video to do 1 handed cartwheels – just practice putting one down at a time & only put the other hand down if you need to for balance. Try to go longer & longer each time without putting the other hand down. We will be doing a roundoff video in the future though
