@KalexCullen You can get a lesson from a gym or work with a trainer/spotter. It is best to do the easier stuff first – like the back bridge and the back walkover – they are less scary too.

I am 15 and want to learn this, but I am too tall and heavy for my weak arms and legs to support me and push me of high enough, and at my age everything seems scary. Any tips?

@b4sjd You may want to get a lesson or work with someone that knows how to do them. You must be twisting or something?

@animefan0218 We started gymnastics at 4-5 years old, but you can join at any age. Gymnastics is great to build strength, flexibility and coordination.
